As the Head of People & Culture, you will lead the property’s People & Culture function, ensuring its overall effectiveness and alignment with business objectives. Your role is both strategic and operational; shaping initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a workplace culture that reflects the company’s values. • Partner with property leadership to address organizational challenges and strengthen a high-performance culture.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
